Terms and Conditions — dawi11 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between dawi11 ("the platform", "we", "us") and any person who registers an account, accesses, or uses any part of the dawi11 platform at dawi11.onl ("you", "the player", "the user").

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through dawi11, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket and PSL betting, esports betting, live casino, slot games, and any promotional or bonus offers made available from time to time.

By completing registration, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any game on the platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms. You also confirm acceptance of any additional rules or policies referenced within these Terms, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

To use dawi11's betting and gaming services, you must register an account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals only.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, valid email address and phone number.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of any balance held across those accounts.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of a dawi11 employee where creating a conflict of interest.

dawi11 may request identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Verification may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withheld funds pending verification completion.

If any information provided during registration is found to be false, misleading or incomplete, dawi11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

dawi11 is strictly an adult platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use any service on this platform. This requirement applies without exception.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided regarding your date of birth is accurate. dawi11 takes age verification seriously. Any account where there is reason to suspect underage play will be immediately suspended and any funds withheld pending age verification.

If a player is found to have been under 18 at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the platform:

• The account will be permanently closed.
• All bets placed and games played will be declared void.
• All deposits may be returned, but no winnings will be paid.
• The platform reserves the right to report the matter where required by applicable procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your dawi11 account credentials, including your username, password, and any verification codes or PINs associated with your account.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Do not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via the support contact.

dawi11 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as authorised by you, unless you have reported a security breach to dawi11 in advance of the activity in question.

All deposits at dawi11 are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and eligible mobile wallets and debit/credit cards as listed in the Deposit section of the platform.

Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon successful processing by the payment provider. dawi11 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown on the deposit page. These limits may vary by payment method.
• dawi11 reserves the right to request verification before crediting any deposit it considers unusual or suspicious.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal page.
• dawi11 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within minutes; bank transfers may take longer depending on banking hours.
• Withdrawals may be held pending identity or payment verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the account has not previously been verified.
• Any balance derived from active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is completed.
• dawi11 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where fraud, abuse, or a policy violation is suspected, pending investigation.

dawi11 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods and minimum deposit thresholds. These terms are stated in full on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying conditions stated in the offer are met.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per offer) must be wagered using eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages vary by game category and are shown in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of offer structures will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• dawi11 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

Players are encouraged to read each promotion's specific terms in full before opting in. If anything in a promotion's terms is unclear, contact support before depositing.

These rules apply to all sports and esports betting products on dawi11, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports titles.

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to that bet. Late changes to official odds after confirmation do not affect accepted bets.
• dawi11 reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where there is reason to suspect the integrity of the relevant event, or where a bet exceeds the platform's stated maximum payout.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. If odds change materially during this delay, you will be notified and given the option to accept the revised odds or cancel the bet.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules shown in the betting section of the platform.
• PSL and international cricket bets are subject to cricket-specific settlement rules covering rain interruptions, DLS calculations, and event cancellations as set out in the cricket betting rules.

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are shown in the betting section and may vary by sport, market type and event tier. Any portion of a bet that would exceed the maximum payout limit will be declined or reduced at the time of placement.

Casino and slot games at dawi11 are provided by third-party software providers. All outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators or by physical means in the case of live dealer games.

• Casino game outcomes are final. No claims will be accepted based on a player's belief that an outcome was incorrect, unless a technical fault can be confirmed.
• In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction or disconnection, dawi11 will attempt to resolve the round from the last confirmed server state. If resolution is not possible, the bet for that round may be refunded.
• Live casino games are subject to the decisions of the presiding dealer and the rules of the respective game as stated by the provider. dawi11 will not override live game results except in confirmed cases of technical error.
• RTP figures stated for slot games represent long-run statistical averages across all players and are not guarantees of return for individual players or sessions.
• Bonus buy features in eligible slot games are available only where the player has met the minimum wagering balance required and the feature is included in the game.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account under the same identity or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform's betting or gaming systems.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes or promotion structures for systematic gain.
• Providing false identity information or attempting to use another person's identity or payment details.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use the platform to process funds obtained illegally.
• Sharing account access, selling account access, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any competitive game format where collusion would represent unfair play.
• Placing bets based on confirmed insider knowledge of sports events in circumstances that constitute match-fixing or sporting fraud.

dawi11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting and casino games are intended for adult entertainment only and should never be seen as a way to generate income or recover financial losses.

dawi11 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Increases to limits take effect after a cooling-off period.

• Losses arising from a player acting on information obtained from third-party sources, tipsters, or external predictions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.

dawi11 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be conducted without notice.

In all cases where dawi11 accepts liability, the maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher amount is required by applicable rules.

dawi11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will also be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and request account closure via support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. dawi11 recommends checking this page whenever a notification is received or when you return to the platform after an extended absence.
